Returns
You have seven (7) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Only the following shall be eligible for return:
a. Any item that is physically damaged due to dropping, breaking, etc., caused by shipping and/or mishandling of the item by the courier service provider.
b. Any item that has a non-operating software system.
c. Any item that fails to power on.
d. Any item with a glass or LCD panel that fails to show any display.
e. Any item with a glass or LCD panel that displays permanent and unfamiliar lines.
f. Any item that was wrongly sent.
g. Any item with a color that is different from the one that was ordered.
h. Any item that was sent with an incorrect model or variation.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging. Upon return, you must repack the item using the packaging material provided upon delivery. If the packaging material is no longer usable, kindly contact Inewvation Online for further instructions.
Returns Process
In order for your item to be processed for return and eventually qualify for refund or replacement, the following must be strictly complied with:
Refund
Upon receipt of your item, we will conduct an inspection and notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a replacement or refund.
Replacement
If you prefer to replace your item, we will process the replacement subject to the availability of the product and applicable lead-time.
Refund
If you prefer a refund for your item, we will immediately process the same subject to the following:
If you used a credit card to purchase your item, you will receive a reversal of payment within two to three (2-3) banking days from our receipt of your email report, provided that such report is valid.
If you used e-wallet, bank transfer/mobile banking, debit card, prepaid card, or cash, you will receive a refund within fourteen (14) days from our receipt of your email report, provided that such report is valid.
Shipping Fee
Inewvation Online will shoulder the shipping fee, duties, taxes and other levies on returned items. In case of refund, you will receive the exact amount you paid when you purchased the item.
If an item has not been delivered within the delivery timeframe, it shall be considered lost after ten (10) days from the last day of the supposed delivery date. For example, if the delivery timeframe is January 1 to 10, the item is considered lost if it has not been delivered on January 21.
In case of lost items, Inewvation Online will conduct an immediate investigation and coordinate with the courier service provider. The courier service provider shall be liable for lost items.
