  1. Inewvation Online is a digital platform of Inewvation International to make our products and solutions available 24/7, wherever you are in the Philippines. This aims to make the purchasing of our technologically advanced products safer, easier, and faster.

  3. The e-commerce page showcases Inewvation, LG, and Samsung for digital displays and signages, Invue for display and merchandising security solutions, Chubbsafes for premium safes, Amersec for electronic article surveillance or EAS, and DT Research and Magnimage for signage players.

What are the features of this online store?

  1. You may view all products in high resolution photos and select from available colors, sizes, and designs. While shopping, you may add products that interest you and add them to your cart. At the end of your shopping, you may select from the items in the cart the final list of products to purchase, and proceed to checkout.
  2. Product specifications and features are available on each product’s page.
  3. When shopping at Inewvation Online, you can find a load of deals and promotions that are not commonly offered when buying directly at Inewvation International local offices. 
  4. You may also choose from numerous payment methods at your convenience. We accept payments via Paynamics.
  5. We understand how important it is for you to check the status of your order, so we provide a platform for you to monitor the availability of your order and check its delivery status. 

How are products stored and delivered?

  1. All products will be coming from Inewvation International’s warehouse, located in Quezon City, and will be delivered to your doorstep. 
  2. All Inewvation products are stored in a secure and dry place to maintain product’s quality and performance. 

MY ACCOUNT

Do I need to create an account or log in my account to purchase? Can I buy as a guest?

  • Yes, you need to create an account first before you are allowed to purchase. Your account can be signed up via your Google account, and should be verified. You can only browse the products and its specifications as a guest. 

How do I register for an Inewvation Online account? 

  • Go to www.shop.inewvationinternational.com and click Sign Up Now. Enter your name, designation, company, contact details, and once done, you’ll receive an email for verification.
  • You are not allowed to do transaction unless you have your Inewvation Online account verified. To see if your account is verified, sign into your Inewvation Online account. If it hasn't been verified yet, you'll get a message asking you to do so.

How do I change my information in my account?

  • To edit your account information, go to Account Details . Add or change the information you would like to edit. Click  APPLY CHANGES then you’re done. 

I forgot my password/can't log-in to my account, what should I do? 

  • You can restart your password by following these steps, click FORGOT PASSWORD? in the home page, then enter your REGISTERED EMAIL ADDRESS then click the SEND RESET LINK button then check your registered email address then click RESET PASSWORD then from there you’ll be redirected to a new tab and you can create a new password. 

 

DELIVERY

Can Inewvation Online Store deliver nationwide?

  • Yes. We can deliver nationwide

What is the delivery timeline?

  • It depends on the availability of the product you choose to buy. Inewvation Online will inform you if the product/s is/are available in the warehouse or indent basis. If it’s available, it will only take 7 days within Metro Manila, and a maximum of 15 days outside Metro Manila, including Visayas and Mindanao. If it is unavailable, Inewvation will send a separate notification to inform you of the date of delivery. 

My order status was delivered but I didn't receive it. What do I do?

  • If this is the case, please call Inewvation International at +63 917 876 4639/+632 8 355 4639, and we will sort things out for you. 

How do I change my address?

  • You may go to ACCOUNT DETAILS click on the ADDRESSES tab. Then, add or change the information you would like to edit. 

My order is delayed, when will I receive it? 

  • Please call Inewvation International at +63 917 876 4639/+632 8 355 4639, and we will be happy to assist you. 

What if I missed my delivery? 

  • The delivery staff can only wait for 30 mins for you. If you are unavailable, we will inform you of the next delivery date. 

 

PAYMENT

What payment methods are accepted? 

  • Payment methods are credit and debit cards, OTC bank, Gcash thru Paynamics 

Do you keep credit card details? 

  • We do not keep credit cards details. We have separate terms and conditions with regards to this (Data Privacy Policy) – available for your viewing before you proceed with the order. 

PRODUCTS

Can we buy only accessories and spare parts?

  • Yes. There are available spare parts in the website on selected products. If spare parts and accessories are not available in Inewvation Online, please contact Inewvation International at +63 917 876 4639/+632 8 355 4639, and we will be happy to assist you. 

WARRANTY

How do I check my product's warranty?

  • Our standard warranty is 1 year starting from the date of delivery. Should you want to still verify the warranty period, you may check your order history or you may also call Inewvation International Customer Service. 

If the product is no longer within the warranty duration, do I need to pay for service repair or parts needed?

  • Yes. If the warranty has ended, services and parts needed for the repair come with charges.

How long does is take to repair my product?

  • It depends on the problem. Inewvation International is available 24/7 to assist you and shall respond remotely with a resolution plan within 4 hours.

How can I track my order?

  • From your account, click ORDERS and go to IN TRANSIT tab then from there you’ll see the status of each ordered items. 

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Can I cancel my order?

  • No. We cannot cancel your order after checkout. Once payment is done, it is non-cancellable.  

Is there a fee once I return the item/s?

  • If the cause of Return is valid and based on the Policy provided by Inewvation International, all fees that come with it are free.
